    Job Description

    • The Candidate will be in charge of technical tasks in support to the Airline Customer operations to ensure safe, economic and reliable success in the program, such as :
      • Review and analyze Airworthiness Directives (AD) to fully comply with regulations
      • Provide technical recommendations to ensure safe, economic and high dispatch reliability targets
      • Evaluate Airbus and OEM’s technical publications to provide engineering recommendation
      • Support aircraft daily operation and provide troubleshooting recommendations to solve faults identified on aircraft
      • Perform fleet reliability analysis to improve the dispatch reliability and reduce costs
      • Maintain strong working relationships with customers and suppliers
      • Serve as interface between Airbus Customer Support Department and customer
      • Coordinate operations different internal departments: logistic, planning, quality and back office
      • Ensure process compliance from MRO and OEM’s
      • Provide technical support to customer relating to fleet operations, defect monitoring and analysis, incident investigation and mandatory defect reporting
      • Identify trends on potential reliability issues and liaise with Headquarter and OEM for improvements and resolution
      • Initiate engineering or maintenance recommendations for fleet reliability improvement or maintenance program optimisation
      • Optimise customer fleet performance through sharing of best practices and world-wide industry experiences
      • Evaluate technical documentation issued by the aircraft/component manufacturer, such as SB, SIL, TFU, AOT and OIT
      • Review Airworthiness Directives compliance status
      • Steer modifications recommended by the Headquarters to improve fleet reliability
        • Ensure aircraft modification compliance
      • Support monitoring of aircraft configuration
      • Support other tasks as requested by the management
      • Provide technical support outside of working hours on rotation basis

    Required Skills

    • Below is a list of skills required by Employer to perform the Job as per the above description :
      • Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Aerospace Engineering
      • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the Aerospace industry with technical/engineering responsibilities
      • Good understanding of airline/MRO operational and maintenance processes
      • Aircraft Systems experience
      • Airbus A320 experience is a plus
      • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
      • Good communication and presentation skills
